DS

The “DS” version machines are suitable for closing bottles and containers with special caps, such as DISPENSER and TRIGGER.

The closure system, which change according to the type of cap, can be the AV model (for closing ROPP aluminum caps), the VP model (for closing pre-threaded caps), the TP model (for closing pressure caps and T-shaped) and DS model (for closing special caps such as triggers and dispensers).

Specifically, the AV cappers are suitable for rolling aluminum caps (whether they are ROPP / STELVIN / STELVIN LUX) using 4 arm rolling heads (entirely made of stainless steel and with no cap-no roll device). The VP cappers, supplied with Pick & Place device (mechanical or electronic) are suitable for closing pre-threaded plastic caps by means of magnetic closing heads with permanent hysteresis clutch (which guarantee maximum torque repeatability). TP cappers are suitable for closing any type of pressure cap (whether they are standard or special applications with irregular geometries) by means of closure heads designed according to the type of cap itself. DS cappers are suitable for closing special caps such as DISPENSER / TRIGGER / SPRAY / FLAIROSOL using the most modern brushless applications.

The machines can be supplied with ATEX certification (for environments at risk of explosion) and with electronic management by brushless servo motors for both movement and closing torque control.
